Hina is the Hawaiian goddess of the moon. She embodies the strength, tenacity, wisdom and insight of women. The changing phases of the moon relate to the changing stages of a woman's life: maiden, mother, crone. Because of this, she gives the support and power to overcome any challenges life may present.
